Martino Pulito, awarded executive chef, decided to show case his creativity not only with food, but in the form of Art to increase an elegant experience. Martino Pulito was born in Puglia, Italy, always surrounded by history and a city vibrant of art.

Using selected fine workshops in Italy, Martino Pulito commits to use artist that use old coloring techniques, deriving from the times when Italian artist define colors and use of the stone in shapes of art, glory and luxury.

Size and Shapes
Development of Eleganza started with the decision of sizes/measurement of each product line, reassuring the harmony on the table, a process that took months. There’s hardly ever a right form ready, 1 cm mor or less in high or diameter changes people’s perception. It was a tough and delicate moment. Eleganza is exclusively made In Castelli (Italy) using traditional measures and form from the 1900 to create the “Biscotto”
A elegant drawing, on a plate, bowls, side plate. A freehand drawing that harmonizes with the ornamentation. With the Help of Argillarte , we lean towards the concept of Orazio Pompei from 1551. He was an extraordinary artist who already at the time conceived his pharmacy vases with a very rich “Front” part and a “Back” done freehand, light, elegant, almost modern for his time
Eleganza lies in minimalist, simple and refined forms. The hand-painting is what makes them significant. Altogether , the collection has an harmony of main and complementary designs, unique in their diversity
Painting Eleganza was a complex story. The easiest form of it is to dive the object in a bin of one color. 1500 has been for Castelli the period when craft has transformed into art, Orazio Pompei has set completely new standards where currently workshops still taking inspiration by.
