Ingredients

300 gr parsley

100 gr mint

50 gr fresh oregano leaves

20 gr red chili

25 gr red Spanish onion

15 gr garlic

50 ml Vinegar cabernet sauvignon

15 ml extra virgin olive oil

40 ml Grapeseed oil

3 lemon

q.b salt

Method

  1. Combine the parsley leaves, mint and fresh oregano leaves in a bowl, wash them thoroughly, and pat them dry. Separately, finely chop the red chili, Spanish red onion and garlic

  2. Place the parsley, mint and oregano in a blender. Slowly add the grapeseed oil while blending until the mixture is smooth

  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the blended herb mixture with the chopped chilli, onion, and garlic. Stir in the extra virgin olive oil, cabernet sauvignon vinegar and the juice of the 3 lemon. Mix well and adjust seasoning to taste
